RETURN WITH REFUND

If you're not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 15 days. Please remember the product must be unused and in its original box in perfect condition.

Once we receive your return request, we'll arrange everything with our courier, Envialia (ONTIME). Envialia (ONTIME) will email you a label for the return package. There's no need to call us — we take care of the entire process.

By replying to that email, you can confirm the item(s) being returned for a refund of the order amount.

Once we've received the package at our warehouse and confirmed it meets all conditions, we'll refund the corresponding amount within a maximum of 14 days, via the same payment method you used (card or PayPal). Please note the transaction may take a few days to appear in your account.

The product amount will be refunded, but shipping costs, or the €6.95 return fee, will not be refunded. If you reject the purchase after it has left our warehouse, the product amount will be refunded minus the shipping costs incurred for the return.

Exchanges and returns are only possible for products purchased in our online store.
