    • To use your customizable insoles, start by removing the gel pods in the pressure-point areas. We recommend finding your nearest foot scanner to identify your pressure points. Then remove the existing insole if possible and place your new customizable insole inside. If your shoes don't have a removable insole, take a look at our thinner insole, the Casual Comfort insole.

How to measure your foot:

  1. Place a sheet of paper against a wall
  2. Stand on the paper with your heel against the wall
  3. Mark the longest point of your foot on the paper
  4. Measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the mark
  5. Repeat with the other foot and use the larger measurement

Fit tips:

  • If you're between two sizes, choose the larger size
  • Insoles should fit comfortably inside your footwear without bending
  • You may need to remove the original insole from your footwear
  • Allow a 3-7 day break-in period to get used to the arch support
